A recently renovated and very bright upper-floor home, just a few metres from Aguadulce beach and the Costa Ballena beaches in Rota. You can see the sea from the windows of the living room and the bedrooms.

The space

It has two bedrooms with double beds, a full bathroom with a shower and a living and dining room with an open-plan kitchen and two sofa beds, sleeping up to 6 people in total.

It comes with air conditioning, WiFi, a TV, a washing machine and a hairdryer. Access is via an outdoor staircase. Please note: the tap water is not suitable for drinking.
