Flat in La Jara, on the Espíritu Santo complex, Sanlúcar's best residential area, with a gate opening directly onto the beach just 50 m away. This gated complex has around 5,000 m² of landscaped gardens where you can stroll safely and enjoy views of the beach and the Coto de Doñana. In the gardens there is a tennis court and a swimming pool, with a lifeguard in July and August.
