It sits right in the town centre, just a minute from Plaza del Cabildo, the heart of Sanlúcar, with a wide choice of bars, restaurants and taverns where you can savour manzanilla sherry and the local cuisine.

The space

The penthouse is on the second floor with a lift and has air conditioning and heating in every room. It includes a garage parking space (a second space can be rented by the night), with direct lift access up to the apartment. Facing east and south, every room is bright and comfortable.

There are three bedrooms with double beds, a dressing room, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an entrance hall and a large living and dining room. The 60 m² terrace, partly shaded by an awning, is furnished with a dining table and armchairs; the living room, the main bedroom and the kitchen all open directly onto it.

The beds are made up with sheets and bedspreads, and bath and hand towels are provided.
