Wonderful penthouse in a gated complex with two pools, air conditioning, a padel court and large gardens. A very quiet area, ideal for rest and relaxation.

Just a five-minute walk from the beach and Bajo de Guía, and less than twelve minutes from the centre.

On the fourth floor, with a lift and superb views. The 65 m² terrace is very inviting, with sun loungers and a dining area so you can enjoy the outdoors in winter and summer alike.

The space

With 91 m² built and 120 m² of usable space, our penthouse, with its huge 65 m² south-east-facing terrace with views, has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, an entrance hall and a large living and dining room, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. There is air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom.

It is newly built, and all the furniture is good quality and tasteful.

Thanks to its great location, you can walk to the beach and to Bajo de Guía, with its fishing and seafaring character, in under 5 minutes. This spot is part of the town's culture and heritage. The bars and restaurants around it make this beach one of the town's great places to eat, where visitors and locals mix to enjoy local fish and seafood. The restaurant terraces along the promenade, the mouth of the Guadalquivir and the small jetty shape the scene at this beach, which keeps the beautiful dunes of the Doñana park on its horizon. In about 12 minutes on foot you reach the town centre and Plaza del Cabildo, the heart of Sanlúcar, where you will also find a wide choice of bars, restaurants and taverns to enjoy our excellent manzanilla sherry and local cuisine.

The complex has generous communal grounds with gardens for walking, reading and enjoying the fresh air, as well as two pools: a larger one for adults and a smaller, shallower one for children. There is also a padel court. In July and August we offer guests a garage space in the same complex at no extra cost.

Guests can use the gardens, the two communal pools and the padel court at no extra cost. To use the padel court, you just need to book a time slot.
