It is part of a residential complex built within the neo-Gothic mansion of the Counts of Aldama and Marquises of Ayala (1857). From the street you enter a marble courtyard surrounded by pointed arches resting on columns, with an almost convent-like feel; the pool now stands in what was once the garden.
The space
A very spacious duplex with air conditioning and heating in every room and parquet flooring. It has two entrances. The ground floor, reached through a small terrace, has the living and dining room, the main bedroom with a 150 cm bed, a large built-in wardrobe and a full bathroom with a bathtub, the kitchen and a second full bathroom with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped: ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, blender, juicer and all the kitchenware you need.
On the first floor, reached by the internal staircase or by lift from the street, there is a bedroom with a 135 cm bed, another with two 105 cm beds and a third bathroom with a shower. All the bedrooms have large wooden wardrobes.
The garage space has direct lift access to both floors. The beds are made up with sheets and bedspreads, and towels are provided. It is a very quiet area, free from noise.
