A superb, outward-facing and very bright flat on Plaza de las Infantas, a residential part of central Sanlúcar that is very quiet and close to the beach. It sleeps six and has WiFi, air conditioning and an easy-access underground parking space, with a lift straight up to the flat.
Opposite the apartment stand the Hidalgo-La Gitana bodegas, a 19th-century group of wine cellars of great historical and architectural interest, typical of Sanlúcar's Barrio Bajo.
The space
The apartment is on the first floor with a lift. It has two very spacious terraces overlooking the square and a private patio next to the kitchen for enjoying the outdoors. All the furniture is brand new.
There are three bedrooms (two with a double bed, one of them with its own bathroom and balcony, and another with two single beds), a living and dining room, two full bathrooms and an equipped kitchen.
