A wonderful apartment in a gated complex with a swimming pool and spacious gardens. It is a very quiet area, free from noise and with easy parking, ideal for resting and unwinding.

It is just a five-minute walk from the beach and Bajo de Guía, and less than twelve minutes from the town centre.

Set on the first floor with superb views, it has a very cosy terrace with a dining area, so you can enjoy eating outdoors in both winter and summer.

The apartment has one bedroom, one bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely terrace for enjoying the fresh air.

Thanks to its excellent location, you can walk to the beach and to Bajo de Guía in under five minutes, with its seafaring and fishing atmosphere. It is a place that forms part of the town's culture and heritage. The surrounding bars and restaurants make this beach one of Sanlúcar's great places to eat, where visitors and locals mingle to enjoy fish and seafood from the area. The restaurant terraces along the promenade, the mouth of the Guadalquivir and the small jetty shape the scenery of this beach, which keeps the beautiful dunes of Doñana on its horizon.

About a 12-minute walk away you will find the town centre and Plaza del Cabildo, the heart of Sanlúcar, which also has a wide choice of bars, restaurants and taverns where you can taste our exceptional manzanilla sherry and local cuisine.
